Mercy’s High School Ministry facilitates small group discipleship where students can foster a community built on intentional friendships striving for sainthood desiring to deepen their faith, cultivate virtue and root themselves in the firm foundation of their identity as the Lord’s Beloved sons and daughters.
Every Thursday 9th – 12th graders meet in the JPII House from 6:30 – 8:30 pm to study the faith together. Studies have ranged from Sunday Gospel, Scriptural Archetypes, Morality, Virtues, books like Narnia by C.S. Lewis and additional devotionals the Dating Detox by Lisa + Kevin Cotter. We strive to cultivate a space where we can grow in knowledge of the Lord, what our Church teaches and how the Lord is specifically calling us in our daily lives to strive for sainthood.
