MERCY AUCTION CLASSIC

Parish Auction
Saturday, March 10

Channel your inner Ralph Lauren and join us under the giant Spanish moss-covered trees that line Live Oak Arabians for a night you won’t forget at the annual OLOM Parish Auction – Mercy Auction Classic!

What can you expect at the auction classic?

We’ll start the evening with the lovely sounds of a three string quartet courtesy of the Baton Rouge Symphony then we’ll kick it up a notch and dance the night away to the tunes of the Fountain City Players. You’ll have the opportunity to sample cuisine from various local vendors and “filly” up your cup at the bar, then enjoy some fun games like the “Shoo In Bottle Toss” and “Open Rein Darts.”

Take part in the Silent and LIVE auctions with items sure to please every member of the family, from a playhouse designed by Wolfe Washauer to grade level sentimental masterpieces, tickets to a Taylor Swift Concert, an LSU Jetsetter Package and many more! You can even start your bidding early by utilizing the mobile bidding app available on smart phones. An added bonus for this year, the bidding will start 24 hours prior to the start of the auction.

What’s is the best part about the Auction Classic? YOU! Purchase your tickets today
($50/person) – visit the church website at olomchurch.com/auction for more details.

Please join us and help us give back to the school that not only educates our children but strengthens their faith. All proceeds from the Auction benefit Our Lady of Mercy School.

We hope to see you March 10th at 7:00 pm. Be there or be square!
