Calling all Cowgirls & Cowboys!!
It’s that time of year again to head on down to the Mercy Fair and enjoy a weekend of great friends, great music and entertainment, great food and most of all FUN!! But we can’t do it without Y-O-U!
Working the Fair is a great way to meet and get to know many of the wonderful families that make up the Mercy community, while providing financial support for the education that directly impacts your children.
Remember you are able to select your day, time and area you would like to serve in order to fulfill your family’s 3 hour Fair Service Commitment. Shifts are an hour and a half each, so 2 shifts will make up your 3 hour commitment.
Please be sure to fill in your child/children’s name, grade and section number in order to receive credit for the time served.
PLEASE NOTE, anyone that has not signed up by April 13th will be assigned their shifts. So make sure to go on and pick what works best for you and your family!
In order to pull off an event of this magnitude requires “all hands on deck!”
Please remember that children are not allowed in the booths at any time.

Friday, April 28th 5:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Saturday, April 29th 11:00 am – 10:00 pm
Sunday, April 30th 11:00 am – 3:00 pm
Friday Night armbands (purchased at the fair from 5:00 pm – 11:00 pm – $30)
Individual Ride Tickets (purchased at the fair and used anytime – $1.00 each)
Additional Weekend armbands for $55 each will be available only until 11:00 pm Friday night
Purchase a School Tuition Raffle ticket and be ONE of TEN lucky people to receive a key to unlock the winning treasure chest. Prize includes In-Parish Tuition, Book Fee, Grade Level Fee, and Capital Improvement Fee for the 2017- 2018 school year for one (1) student.

$1,000 Raffle –
Each household in the parish and school has been provided with a book of 10 tickets for this raffle. To assign parishioner ticket sales to a particular student at the school for their incentives, simply put the student’s name at the bottom of each ticket and return to the school. Tickets are $1 each and additional tickets are available through the church and school offices.
$10k RAFFLE –
Your best chance to be a big winner! Only 300 tickets sold! First Prize $10,000, Second Prize $1,000 Third Prize $500, Fourth Prize $100! Tickets are $100 each and may be purchased at the Church Office, from one of our volunteers, or on the church website:

Homemade Sweets and Treats still needed for our Sweets Booth- Beyers General Store! If you have a flair for baking, we need you! Sweets can be dropped off in any carpool on the morning of Friday, April 28th or delivered to Blue Jay Field on Friday! Questions?
